Senior Sales Business Analyst (m/w/d)
As the Senior Sales Business Analyst, you will be the owner of all financial and commercial data on a European level.
How can you help us?
- Act as our business intelligence champion for the European sales team and the Senior Vice President Sales by taking over business analysis tasks.
- Proactively make suggestions for improvements by collecting, analysing and processing sales reports and market data.
- Coordinate the development of a variety of sales bonus programmes and KPIs as a business expert in your area.
- Take responsibility for data accuracy and integrity, interacting regularly with other teams (e.g. finance).
- Support our Senior Vice President Sales with acquisition projects as we continue to grow and expand our business.
Are you our match?
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Relevant experience in the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in a sales environment or an analytical role
- Thorough understanding of the added value that analytics can bring to a company and the desire to proactively drive our growth through appropriate proposals
- Independent and results-oriented
- High affinity for numbers as well as good mathematical and analytical understanding
- Excellent Excel skills, including professional mastery of formulas
- Confidence in communicating in English with people at different hierarchical levels; German language skills are considered as a plus
