Role reports to: Product Manager (Respiratory & Urology)
Location: Madrid
Contract: Training contract - 1 year
Purpose
As Product Specialist Associate in the Respiratory & Urology Division, in coordination with the Product Manager for the division, you will be responsible for researching, understanding and training the end users for Spain and Portugal, to drive the sales growth and profitability of your product categories. You will collaborate with business units across the organization, including Sales and Marketing.
Activities and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and training during product trials - This task may involve occasional travel
- Train and support the Iberia Sales team
- Collaborate on strategy with Account Managers to achieve sales and promotional targets
- Maintain a complete database of local competitors and pricing
- Prepare cross-references
- Ensure strong preparation for upcoming tenders
- Translate literature/sales flyers
- Provide product alternatives for Customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the Business Area, preferably in Marketing – is necessary to have finished the degree
- Valuable 1-year experience supporting product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Native Level in Spanish and advanced in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word and excel
- Problem solver, good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Assertiveness, decisiveness, and positive attitude
