Act as the primary point of contact for account managers in the Netherlands, facilitating the initiation and completion of administrative tasks related to their territory management duties. Collaborate with the customer service teamlead to ensure that our company presents its products to clients in the Benelux market through competitive and timely tender responses, supported by suitable terms and conditions. This approach aims to optimise sales opportunities and enhance our market presence.
How can you help us?
Work closely with the account managers in the Netherlands and their customers providing personalised service for any queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Work in conjunction with the customer service, marketing, contracts and pricing departments in other regions as required.
Process administrative tasks given by the account manager; arrange special delivery requests, key orders (specific accounts, reports, analysis, ESM, pricing, quotes, among other tasks.
Provide information regarding order status and any back orders to customers or/and account managers.
Use effective communication to fulfil all customer requirements.
Email/fax customers with products/sales information requested by the account managers
Update and maintain database systems.
Achieve set key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company requirements
Adhere to company quality procedures and policies.
Support the customer service teamlead in all aspects of tender or bid process, including quotations and contracts, for customers or purchasing organisations.
Maintain a contract management system to track all issues and solutions, report on trends and respond to inquiries from stakeholders and partners.
Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure that all products are presented with suitable terms and conditions, aligned with the approval matrix and policies, to effectively manage potential overlap and conflicts among various contract types.
Collate and prepare tender submissions; record gains or losses as well as providing information to support forecasts.

2-3 years of experience within a similar role
Strong business acumen
Proficient in administrative tasks and strong analytical skills
Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
Great attention to detail
Must be able to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external customers
Openness to learning and receptive to constructive feedback
Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks from straightforward administration to more complex commercial support
Native or near native in Dutch (both written and spoken)
Ability to communicate in French and English
Experience in tender management is a plus
