Purpose
As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the PMO Director in standardizing project management practices, monitoring project performance, and ensuring the efficient operation of our Project Management Office. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
This role involves supporting project management processes, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in project monitoring and reporting.
How can you help us?
- Assist in developing and maintaining project management methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of project management standards.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level project reports.
- Provide administrative support to the PMO team as needed.
- Assist in tracking project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the identification and resolution of project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather project data and update project plans.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning efforts.
Are you our match?
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, project management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in project management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a project management and / or PMO support role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (knowledge of Wrike is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good level of English.
