Learning Specialist
Purpose
The Learning Specialist actively supports the reinforcement of a learning culture within Medline by developing and managing learning initiatives.
How can you help us?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions, ensuring their alignment with organisational goals and contributing to overall success.
- Collaborate with the HR department to analyze the current skills gap and develop a comprehensive plan to address and fulfill the identified gaps
- Provide advice and guidance to business partners on learning strategies and content.
- Develop learning programmes with a blended learning approach tailored to meet the needs of adult learners.
- Establish and document processes and guidelines to streamline learning initiatives, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the development and delivery of learning solutions.
- Support HR in developing training and/or learning initiatives on people management related content.
- Support the coordination and preparation of the yearly Sales meeting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into the design of learning solutions.
Are you our match?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (appr. 5 years) within the Learning field.
- Familiar with various learning methodologies, such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and instructional design principles.
- Knowledgeable in adult learning theories and best practices, with an understanding of how to effectively engage and motivate adult learners.
- Demonstrates creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Capable of achieving results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Affinity with the medical industry and/or knowledge of European healthcare systems is a plus.
- Experience with Articulate 360 is an advantage.
