Junior Account Manager

Purpose
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and improving profit margins by acquiring new customers and expanding Medline’s range of products and services with existing clients. In this role, you will provide support to the Regional Account Manager.
How can you help us?
- Collectively works with internal team members like Account Managers, Clinical Sales, Product Managers and Customer Service Agents to drive sales success and customer satisfaction
- Collaborates in tenders and price quotations with the Account Manager, Customer Service & Tender Management team as well as the product divisions
- Gains customer insights and identifies the right customer stakeholders to help drive the purchasing process
- Works according to the Challenger Sales methodology
- Presents new products and solutions to customers
- Takes active involvement in the complaint process for the customers of the region
- Maintains and uses CRM data
- Collects customer feedback and market insights, and makes suggestions for improvements on products and services to the product divisions
Are you our match
- Successfully completed higher education or relevant work experience in business and/or healthcare
- Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Skilled at quickly building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong results-driven mindset.
- Well-organised and structured
- Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong communication and influencing abilities.
- Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English
