Purpose
As a BI Developer you will be part of an exciting journey with our Data & Analytics team where we’re building our data capabilities to the next level. In this role, you’ll work with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SQL Server, and Data Factory to design and develop business intelligence solutions. This isn’t about maintaining existing systems — it’s about creating impactful tools and insights that will shape how our organization makes data-driven decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and help to build a future-ready data and analytics function.
How can you help us?
- BI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards (Power BI, SQL Server, and other Microsoft BI tools)
- Data Integration: Implement ETL/ELT processes using Data Factory (data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources)
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain Power BI reports
- Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models using SQL Server and Power BI
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
- Data Quality & Governance (data integrity, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards across all BI reports and processes)
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize queries, reports, and dashboards

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in business intelligence, data management, and Microsoft technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities
Are you a match
- Sufficient education and experience in business intelligence, data analytics or a related field
- Experience with DAX, Power Query and data modeling in Power BI
- Some hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SQL Server and Data Factory)
- Ability querying databases and creating optimized reports (SQL skills)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, database design, ETL/ELT processes and workflows
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions
- Nice to have knowledge/experience : Azure SQL Database, Azure MI, Data Factory or other cloud-based BI solutions; BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or Qlik; Python or R for advanced analytics and automation; Agile methodologies or working in an agile environment.
