Account Payable Specialist
Department: Finance
Location: San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.
Contract type: Temporary
Purpose
To support the Accounts Payable (AP) function by handling invoice processing, payment preparation, expense report review, supplier maintenance, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
How can you help us?
- Process and verify incoming invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Create and maintain supplier records
- Execute timely invoice payments
- Review, follow up on, and process employee expense reports
- Manage SII (Immediate Supply of Information) compliance
- Provide support for finance-related projects
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Perform other duties related to the AP function as needed
Are you our match
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish; fluent in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Technical Knowledge: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
