Purpose
As our Finance Project Manager Europe, you will take the lead in driving impactful, cross-functional initiatives across the region. In this role you will be at the forefront of process improvement, operational efficiency and internal control enhancement. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities for optimization, implement best practices, and ensure financial processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. How can you help us?
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance related projects, from planning to execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timeline, scope, and deliverables
- Proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Process Improvement & Quality
- Analyze current finance and accounting processes to identify inefficiencies or risks
- Drive implementation of improvements
- Develop and document standardized procedures and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time
Change Management
- Support key finance transformation initiatives such as ERP upgrades, automation rollouts, or new reporting systems
- Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration of new processes or technologies
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials to support implementation of improved processes and controls
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all project activities comply with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear documentation for all project phases and process changes
Are you a match?
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, including 2+ years in project management or process improvement roles
- Solid understanding of financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and familiarity with reporting tools
- Experience with project management software like Wrike or Jira is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, with excellent organizational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work well with cross-functional teams
