Location: Remote, covering whole Belgium market

Purpose
You will be working with all of Medline’s products and have a strong influence on the success of sales growth in the designated region. You cooperate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction through direct contact with customers: improving the product portfolio and understanding customer needs and future expectations for the product. You help increase the profitability of the organization, through clinical training and by supporting product reviews with customers.
How can you help us?
- Support the sales team with trials and tenders; provide hospital staff with valuable information and knowledge about our products.
- Provide category expertise and uncover market needs via face-to-face customer interactions, including product presentations, training, in-servicing and product trials/evaluations.
- Communicate with all functional areas of the company, especially sales and marketing.
Are you a match?
- Experience as an operating theatre assistant/nurse
- Additional experience in sales, marketing or product management will be highly desirable, as well as experience in medical devices field
- Fluency in Dutch/French and English
- B-driving license is required
To succeed you need to be able to collect and analyse financial data as well as handle multiple projects simultaneously. You are a natural problem solver, who likes taking initiative and your skills in planning, communication and follow-up are essential in the role.
