Purpose
As we accelerate our growth across Europe, we are excited to expand our team with a new EU Product Manager. You will take the lead in driving innovation within our CATH LAB category.
You will develop sales and marketing strategies and be responsible for optimising the division’s growth opportunities in close collaboration with the EU manufacturing team.
You will lead a trifunctional team to achieve growth objectives, launch new components, products and solutions, and strategically position and develop the Namic/Vascular Access division.
How can you help us?
- Manage the division: planning, organising and controlling product categories
- Lead and manage product managers and business support functions: coaching the EU product manager, adapting activity within the team to ensure the best service for customers
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to: monitor service levels, make forecasts, optimise processes etc.
- Collaborate with marketing communication to: propose tools and plans to increase awareness around your division
- Negotiate with current suppliers in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Actively search for new suppliers
- Collect and analyse market information, including about: competitors, product portfolio, pricing, market share, customer needs, emerging trends etc.
- Train and troubleshoot new or existing accounts
Are you a match?
- Relevant Work experience includes: several years in sales, marketing, product management or clinical practice (preferably in the healthcare industry).
- Cath Lab experience highly appreciated
- Experience in leading a small team
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 40%)
