Purpose
Medline Europe is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage customer complaints. You will coordinate investigations and corrective actions with suppliers and handle SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) processes. Clear communication with internal teams and suppliers will be essential. This role suits someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for quality assurance.
How can you help us?
- Managing customer complaints from reception to investigation report, including sample analysis
- Coordinating SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) processes from initiation to closure
- Ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with suppliers, finance, and internal teams to handle credit note requests and close NCRs (e.g. destruction, return to vendor)
- Responding promptly to Vigilance Team and competent authorities
- Monitoring recurrence and risks, and informing the Supplier Quality Manager when needed
- Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Cooperating with the quality and manufacturing teams at the MAS production site
- Participating in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions with the International Quality team
- Supporting internal and external BSI certification audits
- Maintaining and archiving quality documentation
Are you a match?
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Team spirit, strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsible approach, attention to detail, analytical thinking
- Good time management and ability to work autonomously
- Orientation on priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with QM databases and software tools
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
