Purpose

Medline’s OR Sterilising product category plays a vital role in supporting hospital operating rooms across Europe. As Product Manager you will take full ownership of this critical product portfolio and make a real impact.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product line, planning, organizing and controlling all aspects to maximize profitability while achieving marketing, financial and corporate growth targets.
You will lead the strategic development and execution of your product portfolio, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain. Your role is key to driving product innovation, market expansion and sustainable business growth.

How can you help us?

• Own and manage the OR Sterilising product division, driving profitability while aligning with marketing, financial and corporate growth goals
• Conduct thorough market assessments and develop strategic launch plans for new products
• Collaborate with the sourcing department to negotiate with suppliers, securing better pricing and increased capacity to support expansion of the division
• Work continuously on portfolio rationalisation to streamline our offer and increase supply efficiency
• Work as a transversal team leader during the product development phase, with respect to product launch and/or change procedures
• Benchmark competitor's product portfolios, pricing and market share, and support the sales team in developing compelling customer offers
• Develop training programs and marketing collaterals to equip the sales team with effective tools and knowledge
• Partner with account managers to gain insights into customer needs and understand the competitive landscape

Are you a match?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing or healthcare
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and/or product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Medline locations in Europe
To be successful in the role, you need to have excellent teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

• One-year contract, with the expectation of a permanent contract following successful completion
