Purpose
As a Junior Product Manager for Europe, you are responsible for driving sales of your product categories (non-sterile protective apparel). You will collaborate with business units across the organisation, including sales, marketing, quality, inventory management and finance.

How can you help us?
- Plan, organise and control the product categories that comprise the preventive care division to optimise profits and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives
- Develop market assessments and launch plans for new products to drive sales and optimise profits
- Negotiate with current suppliers to drive better costing and increase capacity to support division growth, with the support of the sourcing department
- Work continuously on portfolio rationalisation to streamline our offer and increase supply efficiency
- Work as a transversal team leader during the product development phase, with respect to product launch/change procedures
- Benchmark competition (product portfolio, pricing, market share etc.) and support the sales team in formulating customer offers
- Develop training programmes and marketing collaterals to support the sales team
- Work with account managers to understand customers' needs and the competitive landscape
Are you a match?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and/or product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyse financial data accurately are also essential.
