Purpose
As BI Analyst you will play a key role to support the Supply Chain organization by implementing and maintaining efficient & well-designed data analytics solutions. You are expected to became an expert in the current Supply Chain data platform and contribute to building future solutions, while demonstrating strong team spirit and mindset of continuous improvement. Your scope will cover Supply Chain activities (Demand, Supply and Distribution for Purchased and manufactured Goods) to serving all Medline EU Product Divisions.
How can you help us?
- Define & Design: Identify gaps in our current BI solutions, prioritize improvements based on business value, and help design consistent, scalable data models across platforms.
- Measure & Refine: Collect relevant data, define meaningful metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to fine-tune requirements.
- Analyze & Support: Investigate supply chain challenges, visualize data effectively, and support daily operations with impactful analysis. You’ll also assist IT in resolving BI-related incidents.
- Implement & Innovate: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key supply chain activities. You’ll advocate for user-friendly solutions and propose new ideas to improve performance.
- Control & Communicate: Standardize reporting practices, train users on new tools, and ensure clear communication across departments—from end users to executives.
Are you a match?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and relevant experience in Supply Chain or Data Analytics
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles
- Move seamlessly from high-level overviews to detailed data analysis
- Fluent in English and communicate openly and proactively
- Comfortable working with multicultural and remote teams
- Understand supply chain concepts like S&OP, MRP, and DRP
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Master Data Management, and planning processes (Demand, Procurement, Distribution, Production)
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools - especially Power BI.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerQuery
- Familiar with SQL and data modeling is a plus.
