Purpose
The goal is to ensure a high standard of clean working environment, thorough monitoring of quality indicators, and support during certification audits. The Quality Technician plays a key role in maintaining internal processes, contamination control, and actively improving quality systems in accordance with international standards.
What we are looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible candidate with experience or strong motivation to work in a regulated quality environment. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the following responsibilities:
- Cleanroom monitoring according to established procedures, including differential pressure control, microbiological sampling, air classification, particle counting, coordination of Bioburden tests, and periodic external testing.
- Regular tracking and reporting of quality indicators in production and warehouse areas, including cleanroom conditions, picking, and staging environments.
- Setting up, managing, and complying with contamination control rules, working procedures, and internal company policies.
- Local support for supplier and customer claims analysis, including reporting findings to management.
- Calibration management in line with defined procedures.
- Participation in internal and external BSI certification audits, providing support and documentation as needed.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to:
- Collaborate with the RA team in France on deviation impact analysis and approvals.
- Maintain and archive quality documentation and support the administration of the quality management system.
- Communicate effectively with external partners.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
Are you a match?
- Education in technical or quality field, engineering, microbiology
- Advanced English – both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of responsibility and flexibility
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset
