Product Specialist
Role reports to: Product Manager Iberia

Purpose
As Product Specialist for the SPT & Proxima Division, you will work closely with the Product Manager to provide administrative and operational support for product activities. This role is key in preparing tender documentation, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring compliance and precision in all processes. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous, with knowledge of healthcare products and the ability to support internal coordination and commercial teams.
How can you help us?
- Prepare and review documentation for tenders and bids, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain and update competitor and pricing databases, including cross-references.
- Manage translations and adapt marketing materials (literature, flyers, technical sheets).
- Support the Sales team by providing product information and alternatives for customers.
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators.
- Collaborate on presentations and materials for internal meetings.
- Ensure proper organization and filing of documentation within corporate platforms.
Are you our match
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science/Marketing or other fields related to the healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to tenders or bids (preferably in healthcare).
- Knowledge of healthcare products and hospital environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and advanced level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Availability for travel (up to 30% of the time). Class B driving license.
