Purpose
As Design and Samples Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences! As the leader of our Design team, Samples, and First Industrialization processes, you’ll ensure every detail meets the highest standards. Your coordination will transform creative ideas into flawless products, directly influencing quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
How can you help us?
- Speed up innovation: Manage the entire sample production process based on Design team requirements, ensuring quick turnaround and top quality.
- Lead with impact: Organize and oversee the Design team, 1st Industrialization, and Sample areas according to strategic plans—help us meet goals for timing, quality, and productivity.
- Stay ahead of challenges: Anticipate needs, adapt processes, and resolve issues in sampling and industrialization to keep everything running smoothly.
- Drive improvements: Take an active role in projects that enhance ergonomics, safety, and quality standards.
- Shape the future: Implement processes that lead to continuous improvement and contribute to new product development.
- Keep us aligned: Maintain accurate processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Inspire and develop talent: Lead, motivate, and grow your team through performance reviews, training, and development opportunities.
- Ensure accountability: Manage disciplinary actions, attendance, and compliance with contamination control and company policies.
- Champion excellence: Maintain a clean, safe workplace and ensure adherence to ISO standards and legal requirements for health, safety, and environmental protection.
- Own your area: Take responsibility for cost center management, documentation accuracy, and KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate and innovate: Actively participate in projects, contribute ideas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to management.
