Purpose
As our pragmatic and hands-on Senior Compensation Specialist, you will implement compensation plans and programs that attract and retain talent, drives business results and rewards employees consistent with the organization's overall reward strategy under limited direction. You will be part of the C&B team dedicated to EMEA.
How can you help us?
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to as follows:
Develop, implement and administer compliant and market competitive compensation programs consistent with the organization's overall reward strategy.
Deliver day-to-day compensation activities such as job evaluation, pay administration, ad-hoc requests and short-term projects.
Support key projects such as market pricing review/update and compensation planning cycle (merit and bonus).
Support the global Workday project teams in all related requirements for the implementation of Compensation modules
Use HR and Mercer data analytics to build dashboards and identify pay gaps in the EMEA countries.
Act as an internal subject matter expert to HR business partners, Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders’ on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.
Prepare compensation analysis or executive presentation on demand.
Are you a match?
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in EMEA Compensation & Benefits roles, with experience in leading projects independently
Education: HR Masters degree and HR qualifications are advantageous (World@work / CIPD).
HR Process Knowledge: Strong operational understanding of HR lifecycle processes, including payroll and HRIS administration (preferably Workday).
Compliance & Controls: Good working knowledge of EMEA labor regulations and internal HR controls.
Language: Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) are a plus.
Success in this role requires sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, paired with strong communication and collaboration across teams and regions.
