Purpose
The main mission of Clinical Sales at Medline is to promote and provide technical advice on Medline products, working in close collaboration with the sales department, divisions, marketing, and customer service teams to drive sales growth and strengthen customer loyalty.
How can you help us?
Provide clinical support during product testing (mainly within the surgical area) and analyze the competitiveness and market trends according to developments.
Showcase the benefits (clinical, economic, etc.) of Medline products to customers through presentations, product testing, etc. based on the creation/renewal or growth of orders.
Raise awareness of Medline's products in the market through marketing and stay up to date within the market sector through training, conferences, and fairs to be able to predict future opportunities and threats. Share this knowledge with peers.
Coordinate available products, continue training, and follow up to increase Medline sales.
Coordinate as the assigned team to provide clinical and field support in each case.
Develop a deep understanding of Medline's clinical and policy environment to predict what factors influence customers' purchase decisions.
Perform other functions to ensure that customer expectations and requests are met.
Any other type of activities within the framework of the position at the request of the immediate supervisor
Are you our match
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Experience 2-3 years in the operating room
Experience in the Medical Devices or healthcare sector is valuable
Customer-oriented business profile
Administrative profile accustomed to using Office
Ability to communicate, adapt to change, and work towards goals
Availability to travel more than 60% of the time within Spain
Driver's license
Strong communication and influencing skills
Fluent in English and the local language
