Purpose
As Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for managing and improving supplier quality across multiple sites in Asia and EMEA. You ensure Medline International EMEA suppliers comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements and organizational expectations while supporting supplier development and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional product quality and minimize risk.

Supplier Management & Oversight
Manage and monitor quality performance of suppliers across Asia and EMEA.
Build strong supplier relationships to ensure alignment on quality and operational goals.
Review quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDR 2017/745 and customer requirements.Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement and maintain supplier quality processes and control plans with QA.
Lead SCAR investigations and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
Ensure supplier compliance with all relevant international standards and regulations.Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
Partner with Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, Operations and Supply Chain to align supplier quality with business needs.
Serve as primary quality contact for suppliers and resolve issues efficiently.
Support qualification of new suppliers and collaborate closely with Medline Shanghai.Reporting & Data Analysis
Maintain accurate records of supplier audits, metrics and corrective actions.
Provide regular supplier quality performance reports and risk insights.
Use data analysis to identify root causes and drive strategic improvements.Continuous Improvement
Identify and lead quality and process improvement initiatives internally and with suppliers.
Apply best practices to strengthen the QMS and reduce non‑conformances.
Monitor and improve key KPIs such as PPM, on‑time delivery, audit outcomes, complaints, and inspection results.
Are you a match?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally in global manufacturing or medical devices.
In‑depth knowledge and formal training in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and MDR 2017/745.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent certification.
ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data analysis/reporting tools.
Strong understanding of supplier quality processes and quality standards.
