Role: Digital Marketing Intern
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days home)
Duration: 6 months (full time, 40 hours per week)
Reporting line: Digital Marketing Manager (working closely with the Customer Value & Marketing Ops Lead and SEO Specialist)

Purpose
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our Digital Marketing team in Utrecht. In this internship, you will support day-to-day CRM operations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and help with SEO and CMS tasks for our website. You will help improve consistency, quality and efficiency across our digital marketing activities.
How can you help us?
CRM support (Dynamics 365)
Support the set-up and quality checks of Dynamics 365 marketing journeys, emails, forms and event communications.
Help prepare campaigns for launch, including consent and preference checks, link validation, tracking parameters (UTMs) and basic user journey testing.
Keep documentation up to date (for example naming conventions, campaign documentation and reusable templates).
Support consent-based audience selection.
Tracking and basic performance support
Help maintain our UTM and tracking parameter library to improve consistency across CRM and website activities.
Log key campaign and journey changes so results can be reviewed over time.
Support simple test-and-learn activities within agreed guidelines.
SEO and CMS support
Support CMS content updates following defined SEO guidelines and internal standards.
Help monitor basic website and SEO performance and summarise key findings and next steps.
Maintain an SEO issue log and raise clear tickets for web fixes (for example broken links, redirects or indexation issues.
Collaboration and organisation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and keep work moving smoothly.
Create and maintain simple checklists and process.
What this role is not
You will not be responsible for writing or creating new brand messaging, positioning or value propositions (you will work with approved content and templates).
This role does not include customer service activities or system administration (for example permissions, user management or backend automation).
Are you a match?
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology or a related field in a Dutch university/college.
Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM operations and SEO fundamentals.
Basic understanding of CRM and CMS systems.
Comfortable working with data, tracking parameters, and structured processes, strong Excel skills are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with the team.
