Purpose
As our European Supply Chain continues to grow, we are opening the position of EU Procurement Manager. In this role, you will ensure the reliable availability of raw materials and components across our European manufacturing sites.
You will lead and optimize supply planning, manage suppliers, balance inventory levels, and help strengthen the resilience and efficiency of our Supply Chain—directly contributing to stable production and high customer satisfaction.
How can you help us?
As our new EU Procurement Manager, you will be one of the key players in building a high‑performing, resilient, and reliable European Supply Chain network. Your work will have a direct impact on ensuring that our products reach customers on time — every single day.
Drive our supply planning strategy
Define and deploy the European supply and replenishment strategy in alignment with S&OP and financial objectives.
Ensure product, materials, and components availability while optimizing inventory levels (safety stock, coverage, obsolescence).
Actively contribute to S&OP / Demand & Supply Review processes.
Anticipate and manage supply risks (supplier constraints, capacity issues, regulatory or sterilization constraints, transportation disruptions).
Lead and elevate our procurement team
Guide a team of procurement planners across multiple sites and help them grow.
Inspire high performance, smart priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
Build strong supplier and logistics performance
Secure reliable deliveries by partnering with Purchasing and key suppliers.
Oversee critical flows — including ~1,600 containers per year — and make sure materials move with speed and precision.
Harmonize procurement processes across Europe and keep us aligned with our global teams.
Champion continuous improvement
Define, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs (OTIF, inventory levels, turns, obsolescence).
Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including process harmonization and system deployment (Advanced Planning System / BI tools).
Collaborate to keep production moving
Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Manufacturing planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance and site teams to prevent shortages and keep everything flowing.
Contribute to key transformation initiatives, including ERP and S&OP projects.
Are you a match?
We’re looking for someone who brings strong expertise, the right mindset, and the leadership to elevate our European procurement operations. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in supply planning or Supply Chain management in an international or multi‑site environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach, and guide teams
Strong analytical and technical capabilities — confident with KPIs, ERP systems (QAD/SAP), Excel, Power BI, and planning tools
Solid understanding of logistics and global trade (Incoterms, customs, international transport)
Fluent English, both spoken and written
A strategic, organized, and proactive mindset, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
What we offer
Annual bonus of 15% of the gross annual salary, paid twice a year based on KPI achievement
Transportation allowance
Seniority bonus
Meal allowance in the company cafeteria
Financial reward for improvement suggestions
