Purpose
Support internal stakeholders, especially Sales and Customer Service, acting as the main contact towards all Logistics and Transport service providers to guarantee high distribution service levels.
How can you help us?
Cooperate and communicate with freight forwarders, Customer Service and Warehouse Admin team
Weekly meetings with Customer Service and suppliers
Answer and follow-up daily emails
Update and maintain all necessary data files
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, following internal SOP
Check service invoices
Complaint Management
Shipment tracking for Customer Service
Create pick-up orders
Create and analyse statistics on key figures, relevant to internal and external stakeholders
Performance analysis and Continuous Improvement
Report to Outbound Transportation Manager on issues and volumes
Propose and develop shipping structure enhancements
Customs clearance activities
Plan local distribution routes
Prepare transport documents
Are you our match
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transportation or similar
3 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, end customer distribution, import export
Knowledge of export regulations
Knowledge of haulage scheduling
Customer service focused
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to move in a fast-paced environment
Proficient knowledge of spoken and written Spanish and English
Independent and proactive
Results-oriented
Flexibility and resilience
Knowledge of transportation market and trends
