Product Manager Associate
Role reports to: Product Manager
Location: Madrid
Contract: Permanent
Purpose
As Product Manager Associate for Respiratory, Anesthesia, DME, Diagnostics, Rehab & Fall Prevention, Primary Care, in coordination with the Product Manager for the division, you will be responsible for researching, understanding, and training the end users for Spain and Portugal, to drive your product categories' sales growth and profitability. You will collaborate with business units across the organization, including Sales and Marketing.
How can you help us?
• Provide clinical support and training during product trials
• Train and support the Iberia Sales team
• Collaborate on strategy with Account Managers to achieve sales and
promotional targets
• Maintain a complete database of local competitors and pricing
• Prepare cross-references
• Ensure strong preparation for upcoming tenders
• Translate literature/sales flyers
• Provide product alternatives for Customers
Are you our match
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences
• Valuable 2-year experience in OR or supporting product management, preferably in the healthcare industry and medical device products
• Native Level in Spanish and advanced in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word and Excel
• Problem solver, good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Assertiveness,decisiveness, and positive attitude
• Traveling 60 % of time from Monday to Friday
