Purpose
We are looking for an experienced BDM to drive sales and service development with new and existing customers. You will manage daily communication with regional distributors and coordinate all activities between them and Medline’s central teams. Your role includes providing essential information to support sales, monitoring product performance, and ensuring that all activities contribute to achieving our sales targets.
You will also be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding cooperation within existing accounts. Your focus will be on generating new business and increasing penetration within current customers in your assigned segment, product line, or region.

Drive the identification and development of new sales opportunities and market segments.
Steer and align the business priorities of our distributors to support growth.
Lead contract and pricing negotiations with confidence and accuracy.
Guide and coordinate effective tender management processes carried out by distributors.
Collaborate with Medline’s internal divisions to prepare high‑quality tender submissions.
Apply strong analytical skills to assess and qualify new business opportunities.
Increase market awareness of Medline products through effective promotional tools and activities.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and support product trials when needed.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are consistently met.
Are you a match?
A degree in business, marketing, sales or a science‑related field is required.
An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset is key to succeeding in this role.
A strong track record in managing sales through direct and indirect channels—ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry—is essential.
Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities is highly valued.
Strong commercial relationship‑building skills are expected.
A hands‑on, customer‑focused working style will help you thrive.
Solid people management capabilities are important.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities are needed.
Confidence in understanding and explaining contract structures and key terms is required.
Strong commercial awareness and a good grasp of P&L management will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel and the ability to work independently (with a full driving licence) are necessary.
Fluency in English and at least one local language is mandatory.
