Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA will lead and build Talent Acquisition Strategy and Excellence for Medline EMEA. You will ensure that Medline is positioned as an employer of choice while driving efficient, high-quality, data-driven hiring across markets in Europe. You will shape and implement a TA operating model in EMEA line with global standards, to improve hiring efficiency, recruiter productivity and candidate experience. You will collaborate directly with the EMEA leadership team to assess recruitment requirements, establish future talent pipelines, and provide support in recruiting candidates for senior leadership roles. You will work closely with HR teams in EMEA, both as a TA specialist as an ambassador for Medline in line with our culture and values. In the Netherlands you will be leading the recruitment practice end to end and drive all recruiting efforts for our EMEA headquarter in the Netherlands.

Talent Acquisition Strategy
Lead and build Talent Acquisition Strategy EMEA supporting growth strategy of the company
Partner with HR and business leaders on future talent pipelines, strategic workforce planning in line with market trends, labor law and talent availability
Design and implement resourcing strategy using cross-country teams, external partners and agencies
Build recruitment strategies for specific target groups (e.g. DEI, early careers, sales)
Operational excellence
Harmonize processes, governance and technology towards one EMEA operating model
Establish TA performance framework and dashboards to track hiring impact, pipeline health and key KPI's
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of candidate experience
Lead strategic TA initiatives such as promotion of employer branding, nurturing talent pools, diversity & inclusion and proactive sourcing
Enable data-driven decision making by analyzing Talent Acquisition insights and market intelligence
Own and drive efficient and effective use of TA infrastructure systems and tools (internal and external)
Talent Acquisition delivery
Work closely with hiring managers in Netherlands to understand their requirements, research and map the market and approach passive candidates about our exciting opportunities.
Source and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn, and additional tools in line with resourcing strategies
Manage and build your recruitment network and build sustainable relations
Lead, coach and develop recruiters in EMEA in employee value proposition, sourcing, selection, stakeholder management and decision making
Empower managers in hiring processes, interviewing and practices towards successful hiring.
Are you a match?
Over 10 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including active sourcing across diverse markets.
At least 5 years of experience leading regional TA initiatives and shaping strategy.
Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change, shifting priorities, and high expectations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration across the organization.
A solid continuous improvement mindset and experience optimizing TA processes.
Clear understanding of hiring managers’ needs and the capability to turn them into effective recruitment plans.
Strategic and independent approach to leading hiring processes with speed and expertise.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Workday and other ATS platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience in executive recruitment is an advantage.
