Purpose
The Digital Communications & Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital communication strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable business impact across multiple digital channels. This role combines organic social media management across platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others), multilingual paid media campaigns, executive thought leadership and personal branding, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, and strategic content development.
The position acts as a central connector between key stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging, efficient execution, and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Communications Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated organic and paid digital communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and grow corporate social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, plus additional platforms).
Ensure consistent tone of voice, messaging alignment, and brand positioning across campaigns.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, and audience growth.
Executive & Leadership Personal Branding
Develop and manage the LinkedIn presence of Senior Leadership Team members.
Create thought leadership content, posts, and engagement strategies aligned with company positioning.
Coordinate with SLT members to translate business priorities into impactful digital narratives.
Monitor performance and optimize executive visibility strategies.
Organic Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (copywriting, briefing visuals, concept development).
Manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights and trends.
Conduct competitor and industry monitoring to identify best practices and emerging trends.
Oversee community management (comments, messages, mentions, engagement).
Paid Media & Campaign Management
Plan, set up, and manage multilingual paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
Develop campaign structures, targeting strategies, and ad variations.
Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets.
Analyze results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with platform representatives and internal stakeholders.
Content Development & Creative Collaboration
Write scripts, ad copy, campaign messaging, executive content, and presentation materials.
Lead review cycles and manage stakeholder feedback efficiently.
Collaborate with designers, product experts, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to creative brainstorming and long-term campaign planning.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and present performance reports to leadership and departments.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Deliver ad-hoc updates and summaries as needed.
Maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate close with key stakeholders.
Align messaging across employer branding, product marketing, and corporate initiatives.
Ensure timely approvals and smooth campaign execution.
Are you a match?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or paid media.
Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and performance marketing.
Experience developing executive personal brands and thought leadership on LinkedIn.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies is a strong plus.
