Temporary HR Coordinator (parttime 16-20 hours a week)
Role reports to: HR Business Partner Microtek Medical B.V.
Purpose
The HR Coordinator supports the local HR team in a wide variety of administrative tasks. This role takes pride in delivering correct administration the first time around.
Activities and responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR relate inquiries or request and provide assistance.
- Provide the correct employee data to external vendors.
- Check and amend any absence recording.
- Enter data into various HR and/or external vendor systems.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job requirements
- MBO/HBO degree on Human Resources management.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR administrative position.
- Driven by data accuracy and detail orientation.
- strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel)
- Resourceful, determined, takes a collaborative approach and has a strong sense of urgency
- Payroll administrative background is a pre.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Results oriented and self-directed
- Strong sense of responsibility and mindful of deadlines
- Intermediate level of English, the Dutch language is mandatory,
- NO sponsorship available.
